How cluster assessments are billed

A cluster assessment covers several units in one pack and uses one T&A credit per unit. A 2-unit cluster uses 2 T&A credits, a 3-unit cluster uses 3, and so on — drawn from the same T&A balance as your single-unit assessments. The Cluster Packs below are simply T&A credits bundled at a discount for cluster runs: the 2-Unit Cluster Pack ($69) adds 2 T&A credits and the 3-Unit Cluster Pack ($99) adds 3. There is no separate “cluster credit” to track.

What counts as an assessment generation?

One assessment generation means creating one full assessment pack for a selected unit or configured cluster, including the core assessment documents and linked mapping where included by plan.

What is the Compliance Bundle, and how is it different from a suite plan?

The Compliance Bundle is for RTOs that want full compliance intelligence, audit readiness and validator access without the assessment generation volume of Essentials, Core, Professional or Business. Assessment, RPL, LRG and validation beyond the included allowance are available as pay-as-you-go top-ups.

How are cluster assessments priced?

A cluster assessment bundles several units into one pack and uses one T&A credit per unit — a 2-unit cluster uses 2 T&A credits, a 3-unit cluster uses 3, and so on. There is no separate cluster credit; clusters draw from the same T&A balance as your single-unit assessments. If you need more, the 2-Unit Cluster Pack ($69, 2 T&A credits) and 3-Unit Cluster Pack ($99, 3 T&A credits) top up your T&A balance at a discount. Cluster assessments are available on Professional and Business plans.

What happens if I run out of monthly credits?

You can purchase additional credits as one-off top-ups or discounted credit bundles at any time — generation is never blocked while credits are available in your wallet.

Does the Validator Network have a transaction fee?

Yes. Validation engagements through the marketplace use a 20% platform fee.

Can plan limits be increased?
